Our financial counselors will:
Contact the patient
Update all demographic information
Attempt to increase the payment amount or get payment in full based on information obtained
Offer a discount for settlement in full (if applicable)
Send payment coupons for future payments
This will help liquidate the account immediately rather than waiting years for the small payments to trickle in. In the event the patient is unable to settle the account or increase their payment, we will thank them for making timely payments, update the demographics and send payment coupons for all future payments.
